• INGREDIENTS:
    1 Large White or Yellow Onion
    1 Qt Cool Water
    1 Tbsp Salt
    Ice

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    In a medium-sized bowl, add water and salt. Stir until salt is dissolved.

    Add ice and stir to combine.

    Peel and slice the onion to your desired thickness.

    Add sliced onions to a salty ice bath, and let soak for at least 10 minutes, but not more than 1 hour.

    Drain the onions from water, and place on a paper towel to dry.

    Add the onions to your favorite sandwiches or burgers for a perfectly crunchy condiment.

    1 Cup of your Favorite Mayonnaise
    1 Cup Dijon or Whole Grain Mustard
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    1/2 Tsp Pepper

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine fully.
